Tasks Omnichannel Support: Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and a "farmer-first" attitude. Consultancy Coordination: Qualify incoming requests from farmers and schedule them with our specialist consultants. Relationship Management: Build long-term rapport with agricultural clients, following up to ensure their environmental goals are being met. Resource Education: Guide users through our free tools and documentation to help them implement sustainable practices. Feedback Loop: Collect and summarize farmer feedback to help our consultancy team improve their service delivery. Data Integrity: Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM. Requirements Experience: 1+ years in customer support or client relations; however, entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills. You can explain complex ideas in a simple, neighborly way. Industry Interest: A genuine interest in agriculture, environmental science, or sustainability. Experience working with rural communities is a huge plus. Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM tools (like HubSpot or Salesforce), Slack, and scheduling software (like Calendly). Reliability: As a remote role, you must be self-motivated with a quiet home office setup and high-speed internet.
