Role Description Korzen Health is currently seeking an NJ-based healthcare recruitment coordinator to join our team in a remote work-from-home capacity with occasional on-site meetings in the Red Bank, NJ area. We welcome candidates with strong expertise in the healthcare sector. This opportunity is available as a part-time position, offering a flexible hybrid remote work arrangement with adaptable hours to suit your schedule. Less than 15 hours/week commitment may be acceptable. Hours will mainly be in the early evenings. This is a sales-based position with room for growth. Our leadership team comprises physicians and senior healthcare executives. Our healthcare providers practice within both private groups and major hospital systems, enabling you to recruit providers who will be placed directly with one of our clients. You will collaborate closely with our system-based recruiters. Scope of work: - Coordinate the recruitment and hiring/orientation of physicians, mid-levels (NP/PA), and staff/allied healthcare positions (full time and part time permanent positions). - Conduct proactive sourcing through cold calling, email campaigns, job boards, and database mining to build qualified candidate pipelines. - Screen providers for licensure, board certification, clinical experience, and state-specific requirements. - Coordinate and schedule interviews between providers and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and follow-up. - Manage and maintain ATS/CRM systems, tracking candidate progress, documentation, and client updates. - Collect and verify credentialing documents including medical licenses, DEA registration, board certifications, and CVs. - Collaborate with business development and leadership teams to prioritize urgent searches and meet placement deadlines. - Maintain strong provider relationships to encourage referrals, long-term engagement, and repeat placements. - Prepare candidate summaries and submission packets for client review. - Support multi-state recruitment efforts while managing multiple open positions simultaneously. - Develop strategic and comprehensive recruitment plans in accordance with the needs and goals of the organization. - Partner with operations to ensure that all recruitment activities are aligned with Emory Healthcare's goals and objectives. - Manage physician recruitment and hiring processes and deliver quality candidates, matching hiring needs in a cost-effective, proactive, and responsive manner. - Support practice communication needs and act as a liaison between and among physicians, candidates, and administrative leadership. - Manage approximately 15 to 20 active searches concurrently. - Candidates must possess strong negotiation skills to discuss compensation packages with providers and support them through the onboarding process. - The role may require travel up to 5% of the time, if necessary. - A highly motivated self-starter mindset is considered a significant advantage. Qualifications - Prior recruitment or sales experience strongly preferred. - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field. - Five (5) years of directly related professional work experience. - Experience in Human Resources or Recruitment preferred. - Education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree. - Knowledge of physician practice strategies for growth. - Planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage many different projects at once. - Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills.
