• Lead the development and implementation of a regional advanced social influencer strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams and partners to establish ambitious goals and define influencer roles. • Work with local country teams to cultivate and manage relationships with social-first content creators and influencers. • Help oversee external agencies across the entire region, to foster an environment that inspires and facilitates authentic storytelling, and ensures the delivery of best-in-class content. • Conduct comprehensive research on influencer insights, delving into target audience behaviors and preferences, and staying abreast of emerging trends to inform influencer selection and content strategies. • Play a pivotal role in identifying trends, opportunities, and social conversations, leveraging insights to execute timely strategies. • Implement a sophisticated approach to monitoring, tracking, managing, and analyzing influencer campaigns, utilizing advanced analytics tools such as CreatorIQ ,Sprinklr, etc. • Provide expert consultation on local influencer strategies, offering best practices and ensuring alignment with global strategies and campaigns. • Stay ahead of industry advancements and integrate innovative technologies and tools into influencer management processes, enhancing efficiency, effectiveness, and the overall impact of influencer campaigns. • Establish the brand and the influencer management team as thought leaders in the industry. • Foster strategic partnerships and collaborations with key players in the influencer marketing ecosystem that elevate the brand's influencer program to new heights. • Expertly navigate competing internal priorities to develop a cohesive, strategic, and balanced influencer roadmap for the LATAM region.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in influencer work
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Deep knowledge and expertise in building and executing influencer strategies across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube in LATAM markets
  • Direct relationships with key creator talent and representation in LATAM, broadly or in a specific market
  • Know-how in creating influencer strategies focusing on brand reputation in LATAM
  • Comfortable with working across different countries and cultures
  • Experience with working across different markets and an understanding of the regional influencer landscape in LATAM
  • Proven experience in building and managing networks of agency partners across countries
  • Proven body of work and direct 1:1 experience working with influencers, including passion-based and tech/ product for large-scale and bespoke brand collaborations
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish is a must, Portuguese a plus.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A passion for pop culture and trends
  • Working knowledge and familiarity with social listening and influencer management tools i.e. Sprinklr, CreatorIQ
  • Located in LATAM or US-Miami.
