About Inizio Evoke In the journey of life, your career should make a difference. We believe everyone has a purpose at Evoke, and it's everyone's role to make health more human™. When you join Evoke, you become part of a dynamic global healthcare platform-adaptive, agile and innovative. Organized by global practice areas and specialty agencies, we provide access to a uniquely comprehensive offering to solve the most complex of challenges in today's healthcare market. About the role The AI QA Analyst is responsible for validating the quality, reliability, and trustworthiness of outcomes produced by an agentic AI platform operating across both ad-hoc and structured work modes. Unlike traditional QA roles focused solely on deterministic software behavior, this role is accountable for testing AI-generated outputs, multi-agent workflows, execution traceability, and lifecycle integrity across complex, evolving work states. This role ensures that our AI agents produce accurate, explainable, compliant, and reproducible results while adhering to platform invariants such as attribution, auditability, promotion paths, and lifecycle correctness. The AI QA Analyst will partner closely with Product and Business Analysis teams to embed quality signals directly into our execution model. Here's what you'll be doing: - Agentic AI Output Validation - Design and execute QA strategies to validate AI-generated artifacts, recommendations, and decisions produced by autonomous and semi-autonomous agents. - Evaluate outputs for accuracy, relevance, completeness, hallucination risk, and alignment with provided context modules and knowledge sources. - Validate that agent outputs are attributable, traceable, and reproducible within our execution and memory model. Multi-Agent Workflow & Lifecycle Testing - Test end-to-end agent workflows across the full lifecycle: Intent → Objective → Plan → Execution → Artifacts → Memory → Evolution - Validate correct behavior across both ad-hoc requests and structured deliverables, including seamless promotion between the two without loss of context or artifacts. - Ensure lifecycle state transitions, dependencies, and blocking logic behave deterministically and transparently. Platform & Execution Quality Assurance - Develop test cases for plan creation, phase execution, step execution, retries, halts, and re-runs across human and AI agents. - Validate execution logs, artifacts, decisions, and audit events for completeness and consistency. - Test failure modes, edge cases, and recovery scenarios in agent execution paths. Compliance, Governance & Explainability - Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Data teams to ensure QA coverage for regulated workflows, including healthcare-grade auditability and review readiness. - Validate that AI outputs meet governance requirements for explainability, source grounding, and decision rationale. - Ensure platform behavior aligns with responsible AI standards, including bias awareness and data usage constraints. Continuous Quality Improvement - Contribute to the design of automated testing frameworks for agentic systems, including regression testing of AI outputs over time. - Define and track quality metrics related to AI performance, output stability, and user trust signals. - Provide structured feedback loops to Product and Engineering teams to improve agent behavior, prompts, and orchestration logic. About you - Professional Experience - 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Test Engineering, or Product Quality roles within complex software platforms. - Hands-on experience testing AI-enabled, data-driven, or workflow-oriented systems. - Proven ability to validate non-deterministic outputs where “correctness” is probabilistic rather than binary. Skills & Competencies - Strong understanding of QA methodologies across functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing. - Experience designing test cases for LLMs, generative AI systems, or intelligent automation. - Ability to reason about agent behavior, execution traces, and output quality across multi-step workflows. - Familiarity with Agile delivery environments and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar. - Exceptional attention to detail and comfort working with complex system states and abstractions. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with agentic AI frameworks, orchestration systems, or multi-agent workflows. - Background in regulated industries such as healthcare, life sciences, or financial services. - Exposure to LLM evaluation techniques, prompt testing, or AI output benchmarking. - Familiarity with audit logging, compliance validation, or responsible AI practices. Success Metrics - Reduction in AI-related defects, regressions, and post-release quality issues. - Demonstrated improvement in consistency, trustworthiness, and explainability of agent outputs. - High confidence from Product, Compliance, and Engineering stakeholders in platform readiness. - Successful validation of complex agent workflows across structured and ad-hoc use cases. What This Role Offers - A front-row seat in shaping quality standards for agentic AI systems at enterprise scale. - Direct influence on how AI behavior is validated, trusted, and operationalized in real client work. - Collaboration with cross-functional leaders building a next-generation AI operating system. - The opportunity to help define what “quality” means when software reasons, plans, and executes autonomously. Benefits: Inizio Evoke provides an exciting and flexible work environment, great compensation packages and outstanding company paid benefits including medical, dental, 401(k), tuition reimbursement and flexible time off. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Compensation $70,000—$105,000 USD Don't meet every job requirement? That's okay! Our company is dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace. 🌍 Remote-friendly · Outcome-driven Want to shape a product used by millions - without being tied to office walls or fixed hours? At BlueThrone, we focus on outcomes, not time tracking. Work from wherever you’re most productive, manage your own schedule, and take time off when you need it. What matters is the quality you ship. About BlueThrone We don’t just build apps. We scale indie mobile products into global businesses. With 80M+ downloads, 20M+ MAU, and $14M ARR - all grown organically - we operate at scale while staying lean and focused. We move fast, think long-term, and take pride in shipping products people genuinely love. Our team is made up of builders: engineers, product thinkers, and growth experts who care deeply about craft, ownership, and real impact. The product & your role 💭 You’ll be working on a fast-growing social discovery mobile app designed to help people - mainly teenagers - connect, make friends, and build real social connections in a safe and engaging environment. The product is highly interactive and UI-driven, with real-time user interactions, social mechanics, and a strong focus on experience. It’s used daily by a young, active audience, which means quality, stability, and trust matter a lot - even small issues are felt immediately by users. The team is small, product-focused, and moves fast. There’s very little formal documentation, so QA is deeply involved in understanding how the product behaves, spotting gaps early, and shaping quality standards as the product evolves. This is a hands-on, high-impact QA role. You’ll own quality end-to-end and work closely with engineers, designers, and product partners to make sure every release feels smooth, intuitive, and reliable. We’re not looking for someone who just executes test cases. We want someone who thinks like a user, asks the right questions, and takes real ownership of product quality 🚀 What you’ll be doing - Owning product quality across mobile and web - Designing and running test scenarios that reflect real user behavior - Performing regression, smoke, and exploratory testing - Validating APIs and integrations to ensure smooth end-to-end flows - Identifying edge cases, documenting issues clearly, and following them through - Improving testing practices as the product and team scale - Collaborating closely across teams - QA here is part of the build process, not an afterthought What you'll need to succeed: - 5+ years of experience in QA, with a strong focus on mobile testing - At least 2 years of hands-on web testing experience - Hands-on experience testing complex, consumer-facing mobile apps - Experience working with data-heavy, feature-rich products - Familiarity with tools like Jira, Postman, Swagger (or similar) - A sharp eye for detail, paired with strong prioritization skills - An ownership mindset - you don’t wait to be told what to test - You ask great questions, raise flags early, and love clear communication - You care about the product, not just the test plan You’ll thrive here if you: - Enjoy ownership without heavy process or bureaucracy - Like working closely with teams but also value focused, independent work - Can zoom out to see the product as a whole, then zoom in on details - See QA as a strategic role, not a support function - Want to work on a product with real users, real scale, and real momentum - Care deeply about getting things right - and improving them over time The interview process 🪜 - Intro call with our People team (45 min) - Technical deep-dive with our QA Engineer (60 min) - Meeting with Tech Lead (45 min) - Final conversation with our CTO (45 min) 🚀 We move fast and flex around your availability. Most processes take 3-4 weeks. Equal opportunities for everyone 💖 We believe the best teams are diverse teams. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and experiences. We consider all candidates regardless of age, ethnicity, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, family or parental status, national origin, veteran status, neurodiversity, or disability. If you need reasonable adjustments at any point in the application or interview process, please let us know.
