• Act as a first point of contact for clients across calls, email and live chat — identifying and assessing their needs and resolving queries promptly and accurately. • Serve as the dedicated support contact for our high-net-worth (HNW) clients, delivering a personalised, high-touch experience and guiding them through onboarding from account opening to first investment.**Support clients in Arabic (essential), English (essential), and French (desirable) ensuring clear, professional and culturally attuned communication. • Guide clients through onboarding, KYC and account-related processes, coordinating with internal teams where needed to remove friction. • Handle complaints with empathy, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within agreed timeframes, and following up to ensure resolution. • Keep accurate records of client interactions, process client accounts and documentation, and maintain trackers for leads and queries generated through company campaigns. • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies, and ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) and process deliverables. • Take the extra mile to engage clients, build trust, and contribute to a high-quality values-based client experience.**Share client feedback and recurring issues with the wider team to help improve our products, processes and service.

• Lead the legal work required to establish iWill, helping Wahed build a compliant and scalable US private client legal offering. • Advise on appropriate legal structures, licensing requirements, regulatory considerations, and state-by-state requirements for launching estate planning services in the US. • Work closely with Wahed leadership to shape the launch roadmap, service model, and legal operating framework. • Develop and deliver legal services relating to Wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and wider estate planning matters. • Draft, review, and maintain client-facing legal documents, templates, precedents, workflows, and guidance notes. • Ensure all services are legally robust, client-friendly, and suitable for Muslim families seeking faith-aligned legacy planning. • Support the development of Shariah-conscious estate planning solutions that align with US legal requirements and Islamic inheritance principles. • Advise on charitable legacy planning, waqf-inspired structures, donor-advised arrangements, charitable trusts, and planned giving solutions. • Help position iWill as a trusted service provider for clients seeking to protect their families and leave a meaningful legacy. • Provide legal input on federal and state estate tax, gift tax, trust administration, probate, and inheritance planning considerations. • Identify legal, regulatory, tax, and operational risks and recommend practical, commercially sound solutions. • Work with external counsel and advisers where required to ensure compliance across relevant US jurisdictions. • Partner with product, compliance, operations, marketing, technology, and customer experience teams to build a scalable legal service. • Help design efficient client journeys, digital workflows, internal policies, and operational processes for iWill and iWaqf. • Support training, knowledge-sharing, community education, and go-to-market activity for the US estate planning offering. • Work with the iWill Solicitors leadership in the UK to grow and develop the business.

• Assist in reviewing internal documents, contracts, and product materials from a Shariah perspective. • Support Shariah compliance monitoring activities, including maintaining approval records, trackers, and audit documentation. • Conduct basic research on Shariah rulings, AAOIFI standards, and contemporary Islamic finance practices. • Help prepare summaries, internal reports, and presentations for Shariah reviews and training sessions. • Support the Shariah team in responding to internal queries, risk reviews, and audit requirements. • Maintain organized documentation, version control, and structured archives for Shariah-related materials.
