Role Description Responsible for handling all customer communications primarily in the collections division in a friendly, professional, and timely manner. Partnering with the vendor and sales team to establish and maintain a cohesive team atmosphere to best serve the customer. - Handle all customer communications in a friendly, professional, and timely manner. - Handle incoming calls, e-mails, and written correspondence. - Collect delinquent payments and handle administrative calls. - Coordinate interdepartmental responsibilities to ensure a timely customer response. - Process billing and insurance inquiries, customer complaints, payoffs, and other tasks assigned. - Maintain a working knowledge of company policies and procedures. Qualifications - High school diploma or GED required. - Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field preferred. - A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service/collections. Requirements - Ability to proactively manage daily responsibilities for assigned tasks. - Ability to interact with management daily for problem resolution. - Must be able to multi-task responsibilities. - Strong verbal and written skills required. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
