Role Overview: Could you be our next Agent Concierge Representative ? Globe Life is looking for an Agent Concierge Representative to join the team! In this role, you will be responsible for assisting aspiring captive insurance agents as they become licensed in the state or province where they intend to sell insurance. The Agent Concierge Representative will assist with newly hired agents in both the US and Canada, and for all brands across the Globe Life Family (LND, AID (AO AID), FHD). They contact new hires at predetermined points (text, phone, and email) to engage and encourage them throughout the exam preparation process. Their goal is to ensure that their student is prepared to pass the state licensing exam on the first attempt. The Agent Concierge Representative is also responsible for communicating the students’ progress to the Agencies each week. This is a remote / work-from-home position. What You Will Do: Proficiently handle a pipeline of 300+ new hires (pending hiring trends), assisting them through various stages of the licensing coursework in the USA and Canada, for all Globe Life brands (LND, AID (AID AO), FHD). Assistance in high-importance Special Projects created by the leadership team. Maintain detailed, accurate notes in MS Access.   • Communicate accurately and effectively, via written (email & text) and phone interactions.

  • Make outbound and take inbound calls daily.
  • Update the management team on state pre-licensing requirements as new information becomes available.
  • Meet regularly with the supervisor to stay informed about changes to policies, procedures, regulations, business initiatives, and technologies.
