Senior Data Analyst

Nearform

• Develop, execute, and optimize SQL queries to retrieve data from relational databases and big data environments. • Analyze datasets to identify relevant trends, patterns, and correlations. • Synthesize complex findings into structured reports and presentations, communicating technical results to technical and non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively. • Partnering with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify core business questions and translate complex datasets into actionable analytical insights. • Ensuring data quality, governance, and compliance across all systems. • Working with and supporting Technical Leaders in project execution and timely delivery. • Collaborating with client teams.

Job Requirements

  • Significant experience delivering at a Senior level. Our Seniors typically have at least 5 years of commercial experience.
  • Practical experience of delivering in an agile environment.
  • Advanced SQL experience and ability to write complex queries.
  • Experience building and managing visual data representations.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve data discrepancies and logical errors in reporting.
  • Experience working with sensitive data within highly regulated industries, ideally Healthcare.
  • Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English.

Benefits

  • This is a fixed-term full-time (W2) remote opportunity for those based in the USA. The initial contract is for 6 months, with strong potential for extensions.
