Senior Financial Analyst – Merchandising

Spreetail

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to merchandising and category leaders, delivering actionable financial insights through analysis, reporting, and modeling. • Support assortment, pricing, and vendor decisions by providing data-driven recommendations, owning budget and forecast processes, and increasing financial visibility into category performance and margin drivers.

Job Requirements

  • Lead financial planning initiatives using advanced Excel modeling and data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Build trust across cross-functional teams by clearly and transparently communicating complex financial concepts.
  • Deliver high-impact results in fast-paced environments by managing competing priorities and executing projects end-to-end.
  • Collaborate with business units to drive organizational performance through rigorous analysis and aligned execution.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and data integrity while approaching challenges with initiative and effective time management.
