Accountabilities: - Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including SaaS agreements, licensing contracts, partnership, reseller, MSP, distribution agreements, NDAs, and vendor agreements. - Provide expert legal guidance to sales, partner, and cross-functional teams on deal structuring, risk assessment, and compliance matters. - Collaborate closely with partner channel teams to facilitate and negotiate agreements with third parties. - Maintain standardized contract review and risk-assessment processes, ensuring proper documentation and use of contract management tools. - Coordinate with internal teams on cross-functional issues, including privacy, security, compliance, and product, as needed. - Support remote and asynchronous collaboration across multiple time zones, occasionally working outside standard hours to meet business needs.
