About Maneva Maneva is an AI services company founded by a former Google DeepMind researcher, focused on transforming manufacturing operations through advanced AI. We enable autonomous factory operation and optimization by generating AI-driven actions and insights using off-the-shelf hardware or existing vision systems.  Our solutions address real-world manufacturing challenges across product and equipment inspection, production efficiency, safety, and operational performance—delivering measurable impact without requiring heavy infrastructure changes.  About the Role We are looking for a high-potential Business Operations Analyst to join a fast-growing deep tech startup. This is an early-career role (2–3 years of experience) ideal for someone with corporate, consulting, investment banking, or analytical experience who wants to transition into the startup ecosystem. The role will initially focus heavily on talent strategy and execution - building structured, data-driven hiring systems that help us attract and close exceptional people. Over time, as the company scales, the scope will expand into broader business operations, automation, and strategic initiatives across the organization. This is not a traditional recruiting role. It is an operator role at the intersection of talent, data, systems, and executive execution. You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to build scalable processes, implement automation, and increase leverage across the business. If you enjoy turning ambiguity into structure, building processes from scratch, and using data to drive better decisions — you’ll thrive here. This role is fully remote. What You’ll Do 1. Talent Strategy & Intelligence (Initial Core Focus) - Proactively source and map high-potential talent across priority roles - Build structured evaluation frameworks and candidate scorecards - Analyze hiring funnel data to improve conversion rates and speed - Develop talent market maps, compensation benchmarks, and competitor intelligence - Create documentation and standardized hiring processes - Optimize the candidate experience while maintaining high rigor This phase is about building a world-class talent engine from the ground up. 2. Systems & Automation - Implement AI tools and automation across recruiting workflows - Improve CRM/ATS hygiene, reporting, and dashboards - Build lightweight, scalable systems (Notion, Airtable, Sheets, Zapier, etc.) - Identify process bottlenecks and optimize for speed and quality - Establish clear metrics and reporting across talent and operations The goal is leverage — fewer manual tasks, more structured decision-making. 3. CEO & Leadership Partnership - Prepare briefing documents and candidate summaries - Coordinate scheduling and high-priority meetings - Track key initiatives and ensure execution visibility - Step into high-leverage projects as needed You will operate as a force multiplier for leadership. 4. Expanding Scope: Business Operations As the company grows, this role will naturally expand into: - Cross-functional operational projects - Strategic research and analysis - Performance metrics and reporting - Process design and optimization - Special projects across sales, product, and operations This role is fully remote.
