Role Description This role involves working as an Architect with other members of the design team to develop design solutions appropriate to the context, budget, and aesthetic requirements of architectural projects. - Compiles information from reports and published documents; evaluates and analyzes the information to understand broad requirements of the project - Develops architectural designs to ensure an exemplary solution is delivered that meets quality parameters, project timelines, and budgetary requirements - Coordinates design intent with other disciplines - Integrates engineering requirements, site surveys, and field review information, adhering to applicable codes and jurisdictional requirements - Prepares design reports, drawings, and models following office standards - Performs site visitations to determine compliance with construction documents; identifies any deviations and liaises with owner and contractor to resolve issues in a timely manner - Reviews project products, services, and shop drawings to ensure adherence to project documents, relevant jurisdictional codes, and corporate quality controls Qualifications - Experience in all phases of the project cycle is required - Architectural design software skills including Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, PhotoShop, and other architectural design software - Familiarity with MEP and Structural building systems and building codes is required - Have successfully completed related post-secondary education - Registered with a relevant professional architectural association is an asset Requirements - 10-15 years of project work experience - Experience in Education projects is an asset Benefits - Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $115,000.00 /annually Company Description NORR is an employee-owned global architecture and engineering firm. • Collaborate with teams on solution design, ensuring applicability and alignment with corporate standards. • Define and document system and integration architecture, aiming to deliver the best possible customer experience. • Elicit and validate non-functional requirements from the design phase onward. • Evaluate technologies and conduct proofs of concept (PoCs) to address business needs.

• Meet with stakeholders, including clients, to understand their desires and be able to design that into constructable construction plans and specifications. • Use design software to create 3D and 2D technical drawings. • Follow specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings. • Communicate with architects and engineers and incorporate obtained knowledge into drawings. • Ensure final designs are compliant with building regulations. • Create detailed schedules and notes on drawings. • Identify and communicate potential design problems to the rest of the team. • Contribute to the planning, bidding, and development of projects. • Be able to problem solve.

• Provide advisory support and specialized subject matter expert (SME) resources to work collaboratively with assigned personnel • Review current Rubrik deployment and configuration • Configure and implement Lansweeper and perform initial environment discovery scans • Prioritize identified data sets based on business criticality • Configure Rubrik backup and recovery policies for critical systems • Develop, test, and validate restore, disaster recovery, and ransomware‑resilient recovery procedures • Document technical runbooks, configurations, and operational processes • Configure all critical backups as immutable • Replicate backups to offsite locations and ensure critical data is protected using Air‑Gapped or Cloud‑Gapped architectures • Collaborate with network teams to isolate backup infrastructure on a dedicated VLAN • Design and implement a basic disaster recovery solution for the AWS‑hosted Teamcenter environment • Assess Rubrik capacity and space requirements for newly identified data sets including Teamcenter hosted in AWS, Engineering file systems in AWS, TrueNAS data sets, Active Directory, HR data stored in Dropbox, SaaS platforms (Google G Suite, Microsoft 365, SAP).
