This position will be responsible for leading customer conversations, creating and presenting project architecture, and leading delivery. Primary responsibilities include mentoring and leading other consultants, leading pre-sales workshops with finance and technology executives to uncover innovative ways to apply advanced analytics techniques to solve business problems in new ways. The role can be hands-on when necessary but should have Direct delivery experience to recommend technologies, solutions, and help troubleshoot.    Responsibilities: - Drive growth through business development, resourcing, and quality delivery. - Monitor business impact and value generation of analytics projects. - Help create go-to-market strategies around advanced AI/ML Services and hardware. - This role will be directly involved in the business development process, delivering customer demos to show the value of how data can drive business goals. - Create proposals and SOWs. - Work closely with sales and other practice leaders to recommend strategies to grow our data science services. - Manage full sales cycles, end-to-end, for high potential clients. - Evaluate business impact and priority initiatives for our portfolio of managed analytics customers. - Talent Leadership and Product Ownership. - Help with planning and staffing for data science projects. - Provide support for project managers through developing tasks, estimates, and dependencies to meet expectations. - Train the data science team on best practices and new technology initiatives. - Anticipate the impact of new technologies and frameworks and help create compelling data science offerings to our clients. Skills you bring with you: - Knowledge of how to use data science/AI/ML techniques in operations to impact corporate financials. - Working knowledge of DevOps process (CI/CD) applied to data science and ML ops. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Advanced Math, Data Science, or Computer Science. - 5-8+ years of experience with advanced data science techniques, frameworks, libraries, and technologies including but not limited to: - Tensorflow, KubeFlow, Python, R, Keras, NumPY, SciKit, PyTorch, SQL. - Azure ML, Vertex AI, SageMaker, Databricks, Big query/Redshift/Snowflake - ELT/ELT/Pipeline Design, Data Modeling, Spark, Airflow/DBT and API Integration Patterns Nice to have:  - LLM’s, RAG, Vector Databases, Prompt Evaluation, GenAI Solution Patterns The base salary range for this full-time position in the US is $130,000 - $140,000 annually + bonuses + benefits. Redapt salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Our teams focus on delivering innovative solutions and services that power our customers' most demanding applications and enable them to extract powerful insights from data that drive true business value.   JOB DESCRIPTION Anti-Abuse Security Engineer, Product Security As an Anti-Abuse Security Engineer, you will design, build, and operate systems that protect platform, customers, and data from abuse, misuse, and fraud. You’ll work at the intersection of security engineering, data analytics, and machine learning, developing prevention controls, detections, and automation that mitigate abuse activity across ecosystems. Responsibilities: - Understand the abuse risks faced by customers. - Design and deploy the anti-abuse controls for features, including compromised account detections, data exfiltration detections, LLMs, the newest, highest risk, features such as data sharing, and future engineering challenges. - Work directly with senior engineers and management to illustrate abuse risks, threats, exploits, and to guide business decisions. - Research, plan, and build anti-abuse architectures for products and features - Provide designs and reference implementations for new anti-abuse features - Research new services, controls, or features that can help protect the product and our customers from abuse. Ideal Candidate: - Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience. - 4+ years of experience with anti-abuse AppSec, threat modeling, and/or secure architecture. - Understanding of common abuse patterns (e.g., ATO, scraping, spam, fraud, privilege misuse). - Proficiency in Python, SQL, or a similar language for building detections and data pipelines. - In-depth knowledge of anti-abuse solutions, cloud, application security, network security, and/or infrastructure security, LLMs. - Applied knowledge of securing AWS, Azure, and other public cloud providers - Experience performing source code reviews across various languages (e.g. Java, Go) - Working knowledge of malware detection and best practices - Ability to assess engineering designs and architecture diagrams for abuse risks - Ability to assess abuse risks within an application or feature - Experience communicating abuse risks and roadmaps to senior leadership - Experience designing and implementing anti-abuse solutions - Experience contributing to the security anti-abuse community such as presenting at conferences or meetups. • Designing, testing, and implementing application service migrations in both a manual and automated manner. • Working closely with client operational resources in updating their on-prem practices to include cloud. • Hands-on experience implementing Microsoft Purview across enterprise-scale environments • Proven ability to design and operationalize Purview classifications, labeling, and DLP policies. • Experience with end-to-end Purview integration across M365, Azure, and hybrid workloads. • Strong background in migrating identity systems across M365 tenants or Active Directory forests. • Expertise with Azure Active Directory / Entra ID restructuring and domain cutover processes. • Experience in directory synchronization, authentication method transitions, and identity hardening. • Experience deploying and managing Azure Virtual Desktop environments. • Strong Terraform expertise in enterprise-scale cloud deployments. • Experience building, maintaining, and versioning Terraform modules for Azure environments. • Lead requirement gathering, analysis, and solution development for MS Azure cloud-based solutions. • Architect, design and implement plans for deploying complex application workloads on MS Azure. • Architect highly available, backup, and disaster recovery solutions on MS Azure. • Partner with project teams, functional architects, system specialists, and other technical resources and its customers. • Lead projects, remotely, in a hands-on role driving Azure cloud migration/adoption from inception to production. • Assume responsibility for technical presentations. • Mentor and provide technical oversight and guidance to implementation teams while working in a coordinated manner to deliver and deploy the designed architecture.

• Own and operate Google SecOps (SIEM/SOAR), Cribl Pipelines, Secret Server (PAM), Cyberhaven DLP, and the Proofpoint Email Security Suite. • Manage Google SecOps/SIEM for threat detection, alerting, and investigation workflows. • Configure, optimize, and troubleshoot Cribl Pipelines, routing, filtering, and data transformation. • Maintain permissions, application needs, and data integration health across the SIEM ecosystem. • Administer Thycotic/Delinea Secret Server for privileged credential management. • Monitor alerts, investigate potential data exfiltration events, and adjust policies for DLP. • Administer Proofpoint email security tools including TAP, TRAP, and DLP components. • Assist Senior Security Engineer 1 during major Palo Alto or CrowdStrike incidents or upgrades.
