Role Description As a Senior Technical Consultant specializing in Extensions & Integrations for the Deltek Suite, you will lead the design, guidance, and delivery of tailored ERP solutions that drive operational excellence for our clients. - Lead the design and implementation of ERP extensions and integrations within the Deltek Suite for all customer types, including enterprise-level organizations. - Independently manage engagements of standard to moderate complexity; collaborate with senior colleagues on higher complexity scenarios. - Gather and analyze client requirements to translate business needs into scalable, robust technical solutions. - Develop comprehensive, detailed specifications and documentation for solution architecture and project delivery. - Own end-to-end development projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery with minimal supervision. - Communicate effectively with clients at all levels, including senior stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure alignment and project success. - Architect solutions using core development skills, including SQL, C#, XML, JSON, and RESTful APIs for integration and extension tasks. - Leverage AI-first methodology throughout the project lifecycle, utilizing AI-powered tools for requirements analysis, specification generation, code reviews, testing automation, and documentation creation. - Provide expert hands-on troubleshooting support during development, diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to SQL queries, API integrations, C# extensions, and data transformation logic. - Support change management initiatives for customers and confidently engage with senior stakeholders. - Proactively recommend tooling, automation, and best practices for continuous improvement.
