Sr. Technical Recruiter

Brief summary of role: We are seeking a data-driven, strategic Senior Recruiter to help scale OpenSpace through its next phase of growth. This role will be full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions, including Sales, R&D (Engineering, Product, Design), and G&A, while partnering closely with hiring managers and FP&A to drive thoughtful, forecast-aligned hiring decisions. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Greenhouse ATS, strong stakeholder management skills, international recruiting experience, and a passion for leveraging data and analytics to improve recruiting efficiency and quality of hire. This is a high-impact role where you will influence workforce planning, optimize processes, and help shape how we hire globally. This is a remote position that will be based in the US. What you will be doing: - Full-Cycle Recruiting Across Functions - Own full-cycle global recruitment across Sales, R&D, and G&A roles - Develop and refine sourcing strategies for technical and non-technical positions - Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview plans, and success profiles - Deliver an exceptional and consistent candidate experience - Greenhouse & Recruiting Operations - Leverage and optimize Greenhouse ATS to its full capability, ensuring clean data, structured workflows, and reporting accuracy to maintain data integrity and compliance across global hiring efforts - Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and implement process improvements - Build dashboards to define and track recruiting KPIs for leadership (time-to-fill, conversion rates, source effectiveness, quality of hire) - Use funnel analytics to drive efficiency, improve hiring velocity, and reduce bias - Workforce Planning & Cross-Functional Partnership - Partner closely with FP&A to align hiring plans with financial forecasts and headcount budgets - Act as a trusted advisor to functional leaders across the organization advising them on on hiring prioritization, trade-offs, and market insights - Employer Brand & Talent Strategy - Develop targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and niche roles - Strengthen referral programs and talent pipelines - Ensure consistent, inclusive, and structured interviewing practices - Contribute to diversity hiring strategies and inclusive recruiting practices What we are looking for: - 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth, technology-driven environment - Experience recruiting across multiple functions (Sales, Engineering, Product, G&A) - Demonstrated international recruiting experience across multiple regions - Deep expertise in Greenhouse ATS (required) - Strong understanding of recruiting analytics and funnel metrics - Experience partnering with Finance/FP&A on workforce planning - Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions - Strong knowledge of structured interviewing and inclusive hiring practices - Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills - Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling environment - This role requires the ability to travel. The average travel requirements of this role are up to 10%. Base Salary: $104,000 to $145,000 The “Base Salary: range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position across all US locations including but not limited to CA, CO, NY, WA, NV, MD, CT and RI. The determination of this anticipated Base Salary involves the consideration of many factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: location of candidate, unique skill sets, experience, training, performance, licensure and certifications, as well as other business and organizational needs.
