Associate Director, Creative Copy

• Develops content strategy across clients driving creativity, ideation, and innovation that lead to ownable consumer engagement opportunities • Supports the total content practice across the organization, inclusive of thought leadership, sharing of learnings, mentorship, and innovation efforts • Collaborates with cross-channel content creators and media brands and partners to identify, create, customize, and execute opportunities that deliver specific client goals across disciplines • Leads project execution, campaigns, integrated sponsorships, and content creation across various platforms
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; graduate or professional degree preferred
- Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in a promotional, market access, or medical communication agency
- Advanced working knowledge of market access landscape
- Strong relationship management through positive interactions with client and internal teams
- Performance-driven individual with a strong sense of urgency, exceptional organizational credibility, and deep understanding of the business
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint

• Lead and develop a high-performing IT team of 8-10 FTEs while managing relationships with outsourced support providers.
