Product Manager – Enterprise

• Prioritize enterprise and district-facing features that enable successful district-wide adoption. • Partner closely with engineering to design and deliver scalable, secure solutions. • Collaborate with Sales, CX, and Partnerships for strong expansion and engagement with Enterprise features. • Define and monitor success metrics related to district adoption, usage, and outcomes. • Navigate complex tradeoffs across district stakeholders to deliver cohesive, high-impact product experiences.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience, with demonstrated ownership of complex, multi-user or enterprise-focused products.
  • Strong ability to partner deeply with engineering to translate district needs into scalable product solutions.
  • Track record of evaluating ambiguous problems and delivering pragmatic, high-impact product outcomes.
  • Experience prioritizing and executing in fast-paced, startup environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bias toward action and ownership, with the ability to move work forward independently while keeping cross-functional partners aligned.
  • Proven ability to use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform product decisions and iteration.
