• Provide comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for clients of all ages, in collaboration with their families and/or other collateral sources • Interpret a wide variety of psychological and neuropsychological test batteries, with occasional direct test administration • Provide clear, evidence-based diagnostic impressions and actionable recommendations tailored to the individual’s needs • Serve as a subject matter expert in the use and interpretation of neuropsychological assessments • Collaborate with psychometrists and psychometrist assistants, supervising test administration, scoring, and ensuring quality control • Complete detailed neuropsychological evaluation reports and prepare separate brief summary documents tailored for clients, families, and referring providers • Conduct clear, supportive feedback sessions to explain findings, diagnoses, and personalized recommendations • Collaborate with the patient’s care team (psychiatrist, care manager, and/or mental health wellness coach) to inform and coordinate treatment planning • Comfortable conducting virtual sessions, both asynchronously and synchronously, while maintaining high standards of care • Utilize telehealth platforms effectively for remote assessments, including adapting testing strategies for virtual delivery • Support ongoing program and quality improvement initiatives within the neurodiversity program to ensure effective and efficient care delivery • Provide mentorship and consultation to other care providers as needed • Other duties as assigned

• Lead and oversee proposal execution across all customer‑aligned proposal teams within Mission Tech • Own and enforce the enterprise proposal operating model, including standardized processes, templates, schedules, and review protocols across Proposal Operations • Mentor and develop proposal coordinators, proposal managers, and proposal publications professionals • Establish and standardize content development practices, including model content, graphics, and past performance, ensuring reuse, accuracy, and data integrity • Partner with the Strategic Growth Office, Account Management, Capture Management, Pricing, Contracts, and SMEs to ensure solution alignment and compliance throughout the pursuit lifecycle • Drive adoption of agile practices, digital tools, and AI/LLM‑enabled capabilities that enhance proposal quality, speed, and consistency

Midwest region scheduling experience a must. Gulf and East Coast scheduling experience a plus. They will advise and assist the trading team regarding the optimal use of transportation and storage assets. Scheduler will analyze flow data received from utilities/partners and reconcile issues & imbalances related to that data. They will also monitor pipeline Electronic Bulletin Boards for information important to our operations, and communicate with internal and external personnel on key points. Position is 100% remote. • Monitor and analyze logistics performance across 3PL partners, carriers, and distribution networks • Track delivery performance, transit times, exception rates, and SLA compliance • Investigate and resolve operational issues such as delivery delays, lost shipments, carrier exceptions, and freight claims • Manage freight documentation including Bills of Lading (BOL), Proof of Delivery (POD), and shipment records • Coordinate with carriers, freight brokers, and warehouse partners to resolve shipment issues and improve operational efficiency • Support compliance monitoring for Amazon fulfillment metrics such as OTDR and delivery performance • Maintain and update reporting dashboards and operational data used by leadership for decision-making • Analyze freight costs, duties, and landed cost drivers to support cost visibility and operational planning • Monitor compliance risks and ensure adherence to logistics processes across the 3PL network • Identify operational inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives
