Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant sales or account management experience (industrial/chemical experience is a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- A relationship-centered approach with the ability to listen, understand needs, and provide solutions.
- Experience managing a territory and developing new opportunities.
- Comfort working in Salesforce (SFDC) and maintaining an organized funnel.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- A commitment to safety, integrity, and customer partnership.
