Technical Sales Manager – Metal Components
Integer Holdings Corporation
• Supports Account Executive to grow revenue and share within territory and accounts • Focuses on providing exceptional customer service and identification of ways to leverage all capabilities to solve customer problems • Serves as the primary customer interface and manager for customer development programs from initiation through execution • Leverages technical competency and skills to ensure smooth, on time, and on budget project completion • Serves as a technical expert by helping to facilitate technical concurrence and identifying opportunities to leverage capabilities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- At least 5 years of experience interfacing with customers and providing technical support
- 7+ years of experience in technical sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Self-directed, ability to work without day-to-day supervision
- Good basic selling skills, persuasive skills and business acumen
- Strong understanding of metal machining and fabrication technologies for components used in Medical Devices and associated technologies

• Recruit, hire, and onboard SDRs and Closers for studio projects. • Develop training materials: product manuals, objection scripts, demo decks, sales playbooks. • Monitor conversion rates, CAC, LTV, and ROAS. • Conduct sales reviews with SDRs and Closers. • Build scalable sales pipeline structures (SDR → Closer → CRM → Deal Stages).
• Act as the architect of sales processes for ventures • Drive predictable revenue growth across all venture studio projects • Recruit, hire, and onboard SDRs and Closers for studio projects • Develop training materials and provide ongoing coaching • Lead sales efforts, validate messaging, and close first deals • Delegate sales execution fully to the trained team
• Develop shipment sales and depletions forecasts • Maintain and report out of forecasting Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) • Lead analysis & developing insights across multiple data streams including: shipments, depletions and retail sales vs forecasts to support guidance for demand review clinics • Support the Senior Manager, Sales Forecasting to prepare for the monthly Demand Review • Lead sales forecasting for innovation projects with Sales, Marketing, Strategy & Product Development throughout Commercialization Stage-Gate process • Support Commercial Trade Planning in the analysis of sales and marketing program performance to improve trade forecast accuracy • Work cross-functionally with operations & Sales Analytics teams to ensure alignment on network distribution shipment forecasting
