Experience/Skills: - Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in counseling or social work; and - Active, unrestricted license (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in the State of California or Washington. A copy must be provided to Nolia. - Required experience with completing assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes in compliance with healthcare plans - Ideally 2 years of experience (professional or lived) in understanding the needs and challenges faced by family caregivers and older adults - Demonstrate a deep understanding of cultural humility and the ability to communicate and effectively interact with individuals from different cultures, abilities, genders, ethnicities, and races. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients. - Specialty or training in ACT and/or CBT highly preferred. - Social justice oriented and practices anti-racism work - Proficiency in another language, other than English, is a plus but not required.
