Position Overview: As a member of our transdisciplinary team, you will deliver virtual outpatient therapy to individuals affected by chronic conditions and their family caregivers. Your therapy services will focus on adults, older adults, and family caregivers, addressing both the emotional and psychological challenges that arise on this journey. Experience/Skills: - Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in counseling or social work; and - Active, unrestricted license (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in the State of California or Washington. A copy must be provided to Nolia. - Required experience with completing assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes in compliance with healthcare plans - Ideally 2 years of experience (professional or lived) in understanding the needs and challenges faced by family caregivers and older adults - Demonstrate a deep understanding of cultural humility and the ability to communicate and effectively interact with individuals from different cultures, abilities, genders, ethnicities, and races. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients. - Specialty or training in ACT and/or CBT highly preferred. - Social justice oriented and practices anti-racism work - Proficiency in another language, other than English, is a plus but not required.
