• Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair on customer equipment • Perform installation, validation and maintenance on assigned equipment • Lead, instruct and assist less experienced Field Engineers and provide coaching and feedback to team members • Technical expert for escalations and FMI's for one or more modalities • Lead communications with customers and serve as escalation point for customer related concerns, including installations • Own customer issues from dispatch or identification of issue to resolution • Proactively engage with other team members to ensure appropriate solution for the customer • Co-lead regular team or modality meetings as required • Assist Area Service Leader in creating growth and/or deployment strategies • Maintain relationships with customers and ensure timely communication, resolution and proper follow up to drive customer satisfaction • Adhere to company policies, procedures and hospital protocols to ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met; ensuring documentation of all work performed is captured daily, including debriefing including metrics and ordering parts • Partner with the customer and/or the sales team to recommend value-added services that will help the customer run their business more efficiently • Utilize the GEHC escalation process, as needed, and work closely with region and national support to define and implement corrective action plans to resolve customer issues • May include application training of clinical or scientific staff on designated equipment

Job Requirements

  • Associate degree in related field or equivalent military education and 6 years of experience servicing electronic equipment
  • High school diploma/GED and 8 years of relevant experience
  • Advanced technical capabilities in X-Ray including troubleshooting, repair and installation
  • Must have and maintain a valid Driver's License
  • Experience with Web applications as well as Microsoft suite of products
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

GCI's Field Operations Dispatcher I will manage dispatching and logistical support for GCI’s internal, external, and subsidiary services for residential and professional service assignments. Arrange, manage, and monitor schedules, dispatch workers, work crews, and equipment to appropriate locations for normal installation, service, or emergency repairs. Monitor timely and efficient logistical support ensuring efficient successful implementation. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES AT ALL LEVELS: - Prioritize and dispatch timely and efficient client assignments and trouble service appointments. - Monitor queues and schedules, assign tasks, and adjust to changing priorities. - Maintain regular contact with field personnel regarding field and technical issues providing support to adjust service levels based on client calls. - Coordinate logistics for all technicians. - Place outbound calls to clients both pre- and post- services. - Close out work orders, documents, and verify daily logs. - Schedule and resource allocation for implementation, ensuring daily routes meet drive time, on-time guarantee, productivity, and skill set. - Maximize technicians’ quotas and minimize the need for overtime and contractors. - Coordinate and ensure proper assignment of department tools, vehicles, maintenance, and weekly inspections.
