• Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles, from initial sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding. • Build and maintain a network of candidates through proactive relationship management. • Actively source passive candidates via LinkedIn, networking events, and other sourcing channels. • Craft compelling job descriptions and post them on job boards, professional networks, and internal systems. • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team culture, and hiring goals. • Conduct initial phone and video screenings to evaluate candidates' fit and qualifications. • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams, ensuring a seamless process for both candidates and team members. • Track and report on key recruitment metrics, SLAs, and pipeline activity. • Act as a brand ambassador by promoting our culture, values, and career opportunities across various platforms. • Stay up-to-date on talent acquisition trends and implement best practices to continuously improve the hiring process. • Ensure a top-notch candidate experience through clear communication, timely follow-ups, and an engaging recruitment process. • Collaborate on special projects, such as career fair planning, diversity hiring initiatives, and process optimizations. • Utilize tools such as Greenhouse, Slack, Google Suite, and, where applicable, LinkedIn Recruiter Lite.
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of full-cycle, in-house corporate recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
- Experience working in an ATS, such as Greenhouse, to manage candidate pipelines and workflows.
- Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills, a strong presence on LinkedIn, and a passion for fostering meaningful connections.
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and standards, with the ability to effectively multitask and stay organized while managing multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to convey enthusiasm and professionalism.
- A self-starter with high ownership, initiative, and attention to detail.

Location: United States What you'll do Lead & Develop the Recruiting Team - Manage and develop a team of recruiters and talent acquisition coordinators. - Establish clear hiring targets, activity benchmarks, and performance expectations. - Coach recruiters on sourcing strategy, stakeholder management, and candidate experience. - Build structured processes for feedback, accountability, and performance improvement. - Strengthen partnerships between recruiting and hiring managers.
