What You'll Be Responsible For Your primary responsibility is sourcing amazing local experiences in your local region, wherever that may be! You will: - Identify strong local operators and private experiences aligned with our premium positioning - Make introductions to suppliers and help open initial conversations - Provide informed insight into reputation, pricing level and operational setup - Share context on how an experience fits within the local market - Surface opportunities we would not easily discover remotely Where needed, you may also: - Visit shortlisted experiences and complete structured evaluation feedback - Flag potential risks or quality concerns You will not manage day-to-day operations or supplier contracts. Your role is focused on sourcing, introductions and providing an informed local perspective.
