• Record monthly revenue in compliance with ASC606. • Ensure customer invoices are processed in a timely manner and are in compliance with customer contracts. • Work with the Global Controller on revenue-related month-end close processes. • Maintain accurate revenue recognition, deferred and unbilled schedules. • Support revenue and cash collection forecasting. • Identify and implement initiatives to drive efficiencies in revenue accounting processes.
Job Requirements
- CPA with 5-8+ years’ experience in finance teams.
- Background in SaaS, Life Sciences or high-tier accounting firms.
- Demonstrable experience in managing Revenue Recognition and Accounts Receivable processes and US GAAP reporting.
- Track record in driving change and performance improvement in Finance teams.
- Collaborates effectively in a remote-first environment across time zones.
- Experience with NetSuite ERP. Exposure to CRM and Contract Management tools would be beneficial.
