• Maintain, audit, and organize all departmental SOPs. • Manage version control and ensure every document aligns with regulatory and accreditation standards. • Develop high-quality training guides, presentations, and quick-reference tools. • Support UAT initiatives by documenting new workflows and system enhancements. • Act as the primary administrator for our policy management systems and SharePoint site, managing permissions, structure, and content organization. • Partner with leadership to monitor compliance, support operational audits, and provide regular progress reports on risks and process status.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Quality Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 2 years in process administration, training development, or quality support within a healthcare or regulated environment.
- Required experience with SharePoint administration and policy/document management systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is a must.
- Strong organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- PMP or other project management credentials are strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Utilization Management, Clinical Quality, or healthcare accreditation processes is highly preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
