• Pipeline Partnership & Sales Alignment: Partner with Sales and BDR leaders to translate GTM priorities into structured field-ready activation plans that drive awareness, meetings, and qualified pipeline. • Field Events & Webinar Leadership: Lead planning and execution for field events and webinars, ensuring high-quality delivery, strong attendance, and meaningful engagement with target accounts. • GTM Activation & Launch Support: Bring launches and integrated campaigns to life in the field by coordinating rollout, tailoring messaging, and ensuring cross-functional alignment. • Program Management & Execution Excellence: Deliver programs on time and on budget while maintaining high standards for organization, communication, and stakeholder alignment. • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Track and report on field marketing performance, including pipeline contribution and sales engagement.

Job Requirements

  • 4–7 years in B2B SaaS field marketing, demand gen, growth marketing, or revenue-focused GTM roles.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with Sales teams to drive territory-level pipeline.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute complex field events, webinars, and multi-touch programs.
  • Strong project management and operational rigor; able to manage multiple events and programs simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify and deliver clear, actionable updates for Sales and GTM stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing systems (Salesforce, webinar platforms, event tools).
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking pipeline contribution, attendance, lead capture, and program ROI.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across functions.
  • Bonus: Experience in health tech, healthcare IT, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Bonus: Exposure to ABM programs, target account lists, or territory-based GTM motions.
