• Manage all aspects of the full-cycle recruiting process for assigned requisitions, from candidate screening through offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience • Own interview scheduling and ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring managers • Source and identify candidates using a variety of methods and tools, including social media, job boards, and the company career site, and conduct initial screenings • Support onboarding initiatives to ensure a seamless transition for new hires • Support employer branding initiatives • Serve as a culture ambassador by promoting Openly’s values and mission to prospective candidates • Learn and apply best practices in interviewing to support effective hiring decisions • Support Total Rewards and Talent Management/HRBP Teams: • Total Rewards Support: Provide support to the Total Rewards team by updating new hire documentation and coordinating data entry into HR systems and supporting employee communications/data entry to ensure accurate and timely delivery of employee programs, and other special projects as needed • Talent Management/HRBP Support: Provide support to the Talent Management team by partnering with HRBPs Exit interviews, job description management and special projects as needed • Look for ways to apply new technology, including ai, to streamline operations

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months of focused full-cycle recruiting and/or corporate HR experience required
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail and organization.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and follow-up skills.
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse preferred) and other recruiting/HR software.
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle delicate and confidential information with discretion.
