This role will provide analytical thought leadership to develop pricing strategy recommendations, work cross-functionally to gather required inputs to support price setting decisions, and own performance analytics and insights to drive profitability improvements. This role will require ability to synthesize and communicate results, recommend a course of actions, as well as implement the solutions. Duties and Responsibilities: - Perform weekly pricing review and determine recommended pricing overrides for managed product portfolio - Identify pricing lever changes and analyze impacts to profitability, volume forecast, and customer basket - Work with cross-functional team to collect inputs and design requirements to problem solve or develop pricing recommendations - Conduct performance analytics and generate insights to identify improvement opportunities - Ensure data integrity and configuration accuracy in pricing system Education Required: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, engineering or another analytical field of study - Candidates with 7+ years of directly related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. The OSP Controls & Governance team is seeking a skilled and motivated Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support and enhance our Sitetracker environment, the project management platform used across both Outside Plant (OSP) and Inside Plant (ISP) operations. This role acts as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that Sitetracker and its underlying Salesforce platform are optimized to support the complex requirements of large-scale infrastructure projects. Out BSA will play a key role in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and designing solutions that drive efficiency, consistency, and governance. You will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure that system configurations, integrations, and workflows meet operational needs and align with governance standards. As our Business Systems Analyst, you will directly influence how OSP and ISP projects are planned, managed, and delivered. By aligning Sitetracker functionality with business processes, you will drive efficiency, improve data accuracy, and enable better decision-making across the organization. Your contributions will enhance the reliability and scalability of project delivery, supporting both operational teams and executive leadership. This position requires both technical expertise and business acumen. Our BSA will operate independently on key initiatives, while also collaborating closely with project managers, governance leaders, and technical teams.
