Role Description Are you a fabrication management professional ready to trade the shop floor for the exciting world of BIM? Trimble is looking for a dynamic and motivated problem-solver to join our AECO team, where you will use your deep industry expertise to demonstrate how Tekla software solutions transform the physical and digital worlds of construction. In this role, you will transition from traditional fabrication to the cutting edge of fabrication technology, directly influencing how global steel fabricators optimize their production and shaping the future of digital construction workflows. - Deliver inspirational technical demonstrations of Tekla PowerFab and Trimble Products to showcase real-world business value. - Consult with industry prospects to document critical business issues and engineer specific software solutions that fit their unique workflows. - Spearhead complex, cross-application presentations and webinars at major trade shows and user events to drive market innovation. - Collaborate directly with product development teams by providing expert industry feedback to influence the next generation of construction software. - Act as a visionary pragmatist by bridging the gap between fabrication shop needs and advanced digital supply chain management. Qualifications - 3-5 years of hands-on experience using Tekla PowerFab/EPM within a production environment. - Deep proficiency in steel fabrication production control, inventory management, job estimating, and project management workflows. - The ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands, and deal with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events. - Proven ability to read and interpret complex structural engineering and fabrication shop drawings. - Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain technical software concepts to diverse groups of stakeholders. Requirements - Experience with Tekla Structures or steel detailing. - Working knowledge of Trimble Connect and its integration features. - A secondary technical or vocational degree in a related field. - Prior experience in sales or pre-sales environments.
