• Lead FP&A for the One Identity business unit, providing financial leadership and strategic insight to executive stakeholders. • Partner with senior leadership to develop financial strategies that support revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. • Translate financial and operational data into actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making. • Own the annual planning process, quarterly forecasts, and monthly outlooks for the One Identity business. • Build and maintain financial models supporting revenue, expense, and profitability targets. • Partner with corporate FP&A and executive leadership to align financial goals with broader company objectives. • Partner closely with sales operations and go-to-market leadership to analyze pipeline, bookings, and revenue trends. • Provide financial guidance on deal structures, special pricing approvals, and payment terms. • Track deal performance and support forecasting accuracy. • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and performance reporting across revenue, margins, and operational metrics. • Analyze key business drivers, including ARR growth, pipeline health, sales productivity, and cost efficiency. • Deliver executive-level reporting and presentations on business performance. • Collaborate with leaders across sales, product, marketing, and customer success to evaluate strategic initiatives and investments. • Build business cases for new initiatives, product investments, and operational improvements. • Drive financial accountability across the organization. • Partner with accounting and corporate FP&A during monthly close, quarterly reporting, and variance analysis. • Ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting discipline. • Build and lead a high-performing global FP&A team supporting the One Identity business. • Establish scalable financial processes and reporting frameworks.

• Coordinate a harmonized Annual Standard setting calendar for all of Innovative Medicine sites including an alignment of Janssen Business Services • Maintain and improve standard setting and change process for Atlas and Sustain which should be standardized, as automated as possible, consistent across the sites/regions/systems and aligned with supply chain finance global template (Back to Basics design) • Design, publish and communicate the annual standard setting calendar • Coordinate and facilitate discussions with relevant cross-functional teams (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Quality, Master Data, etc.) to help them understand their contribution and responsibilities • Own the annual standard setting process to ensure timely completion for new fiscal year with good data quality • Own training materials relevant to product costing for Finance and coordinate vital trainings for relevant finance associates • Develop a strong understanding of ICP tool to provide support on affiliate gross profit process from product costing perspective • Benchmark internal and external leading practices and provide management with recommendations • Identify process efficiency opportunities and lead the continuous improvement activities related to product costing for annual standard setting as well as routine or ad hoc processes such as: period end (cutoff, allocations, settlement, etc.), deletion flag set up, reporting needs and work with IT to design and implement • Own product costing related SOPs and support internal/external audit requests • Determine the most efficient process to transfer JSC legal standard costs to JBS/IM SCR Tool annually • Participate and contribute to corporate wide standardization initiatives within Global Finance

• Partner with EPD to define and validate agent workflows for reconciliation, close management, journal entries, and exception handling • Serve as the internal authority on GAAP compliance, month-end close best practices, and controller-level decision-making • Review and pressure-test agent outputs, reasoning chains, and audit trail completeness against real-world accounting standards • Inform SOX compliance requirements including segregation of duties, approval workflows, and documentation standards • Help design the rules, thresholds, and escalation logic that govern when agents act autonomously vs. loop in a human • Contribute to product roadmap decisions across Close, FP&A, Compliance, and broader Finance Fleet phases • Join prospect and customer calls as a domain expert who can speak credibly to controllers, staff accountants, and CFOs • Support CS during implementation by advising on workflow configuration, edge cases, and accounting best practices • Create and review marketing content — blog posts, whitepapers, webinars, case studies — that positions Kinter as a category leader • Help build sales enablement materials grounded in real accounting pain points and workflows
