The Blackbaud Customer Success Services team is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Services PMO. Senior Project Managers are responsible for managing large/complex customer projects involving Blackbaud’s solutions. Project Managers serve as the main point of contact for customer and internal project teams and are responsible for the overall success of the project. Individuals in this role must have excellent customer service skills and are responsible for ensuring customers have a superior customer experience. Project Managers work with cross-functional teams to schedule and manage project delivery. This team is evaluated on project implementation process, customer care and customer satisfaction. What you'll do: - Managing custom implementations for Blackbaud’s customers. - Development of project plans including strategy definition, project forecast allocation, timelines and milestones, and contingency planning. - Application of business and technical knowledge in the development of project plans and tools to manage the delivery of the services. - Collaboration across resources to effectively carry out tasks and deliverables within the project. - Management of project status, risk management, staff mentoring and deliverable quality assurance, budget, and timeline. - Maintain project data in internal systems and project management tool, including project status updates, forecasts, backlog updates etc. - Ability to influence others to gain consensus on a desired outcome. - Thinks through and clearly communicates goals, interests, and positions in negotiation or conflict situations. - High degree of autonomy and ability to collaborate across multiple internal and external stakeholder organizations. - Willingness to act with empowerment to think innovatively and creatively on ways to provide customer solutions and improve Blackbaud processes. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence at all levels of customer engagement. - Strategic and critical thinker with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
