Boulevard
• Own the strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization of Boulevard’s website. • Manage our web function including a digital growth manager, web developers and/or agency partners, setting priorities and ensuring high-quality delivery. • Build and run a structured CRO program, from hypothesis development through testing, analysis, and rollout. • Optimize bottom-funnel pages to improve CVR, lead quality, and pipeline impact. • Lead bottom-funnel SEO efforts, ensuring high-intent pages are discoverable, performant, and conversion-focused. • Strong alignment with sales and SDRs to align web experiences with buyer needs. • Partner with channel managers, product marketers, paid managers, SEO, legal and agencies, to deliver a comprehensive website serving various stakeholder needs. • Work closely with Marketing Operations and Analytics to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and measurement. • Monitor site performance, user behavior, and conversion trends to identify opportunities and risks. • Improve web systems, processes, and tooling to support scale and speed over time.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in web, growth, or digital marketing roles with clear ownership of website performance.
- Experience managing a team inclusive of marketing managers, web developers, and external agencies, with the ability to prioritize, scope, and deliver work effectively.
- Strong understanding of bottom-funnel SEO (intent-driven pages, product and solution pages, technical page optimizations).
- Comfortable working hands-on with various CMSs, 3rd party integrations, analytics and experimentation tools.
- Proven experience owning conversion rate optimization (CRO) programs.
- Knowledge of web compliance standards including GDPR, CCPA and ADA.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate user behavior into actionable improvements.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Demand/Growth, Sales, SDRs, and Marketing Operations.
- Ability to balance speed, quality, and scalability in a fast-growing environment.
