What You’ll Do: - Project Management: Monitor and manage event-related tasks, identifying overdue items and ensuring the team stays on track to meet project milestones. - Onsite Execution: Provide hands-on support for events, including booth setup, teardown, and on-site staffing assistance. - Deliverable Coordination: Manage show-specific deadlines and deliverables, ensuring all submissions—from booth forms to marketing assets—are completed accurately and on time. - Logistics & Procurement: Facilitate orders for booth collateral, lead scanners, promotional swag, and more. - Lead Management: Assist with the setup of lead capture tools and oversee post-show lead routing to ensure timely follow-up by the sales team. - Field Marketing Support: Research and coordinate venues, reservations, and registration for regional field marketing events. - Event Management: Act as the primary project manager for select events. - General Event Support: Assist with other event-related duties as assigned. The Right Fit: - Experience: 2–3 years of professional experience in event management, live event production, or a related role. - Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple workflows and deadlines simultaneously. - Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external vendors. - Adaptability: A flexible mindset and the ability to problem-solve in fast-paced, live event environments. - Tech Savvy: Familiarity with or a willingness to learn Google Workspace, Smartsheet, HubSpot, and Jira/Confluence. - Travel: Comfortable with traveling up to 30-40% of the time to support events across various locations. We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate location, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below.
