The salary range for this position is $45,000-$55,000. NOTE: This position will be either a Full-Time In-Office position or a Full-Time Remote position (M-F 8:00 am to 5:00 pm). The first week of employment will be in the office for training, then transition to either staying in the office or being fully remote. This Assistant Estimator role can be primarily remote, offering flexibility to work from anywhere. However, we prefer candidates based in Georgia for the rare occasions when in-person collaboration or office visits are needed. Local availability helps strengthen team connection and ensures smooth coordination when on-site presence is required. We are seeking to hire an Entry Level Assistant Estimator to join our Sales and Estimating team. Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Interact and communicate with clients in commercial, government, and industrial sector environments. - Administrative Support in Company CRM - Learn and Perform Take-offs to assist Estimators - Secure all necessary pricing from vendors and partners - Help prepare a cost breakdown for materials - Organize bid documents. - Participate in the Project Handoff and Project Budget process.
