As a Senior Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for: - Orchestrating travel arrangements and managing a dynamic calendar aligned to business objectives, timelines, and deliverables - Leading and coordinating team operations, offsite meetings, All Hands meetings, and post-meeting surveys - Creating, augmenting, and circulating reports, presentations, worksheets, and charts using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook - Managing a team and partnering with administrative staff across the business to schedule meetings, generate reports, manage projects, and interact with internal and external stakeholders - Partnering with the IT staff and teams in communicating requests, feedback, and issues, as necessary Do what you love To be successful in this role you will: - 7+ years supporting C-suite and senior leaders in busy environments, providing high-level administrative and operational support. - Demonstrate proven experience supervising administrative staff, managing office operations, and driving efficiency across teams - Have expertise in complex calendar management across multiple time zones and seamless coordination of domestic and international travel, executive meetings, and high-level events - Apply project management skills with the ability to independently prioritize competing demands, streamline processes, and implement effective administrative systems - Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience drafting executive correspondence and handling highly confidential information with professionalism. - Demonstrate a deep understanding of M365, Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration tools, with experience leveraging AI platforms. For US based candidates only - the base salary for this position ranges from $96,400 - $173,600/year; a candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of annual bonus or incentives, equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
