What We Can Achieve Together: The Senior Philanthropy Consultant serves as a member of the Philanthropy Consulting team of Global Development, reports into the Director of Philanthropy Consulting, and is the point person running a team of external consultants. The Senior Philanthropy Consultant will lead the management and growth of a bench of external consultants to deliver consulting services to internal philanthropy teams with an improved ability to meet TNC’s ambitious campaign goals. The services would include, but not be limited to, campaign planning and feasibility studies, internal assessments, case development, donor and volunteer engagement, pipeline development, strategic fundraising counsel, and campaign management. They would also be responsible for developing and ensuring the methodology, tools, and resources needed are comprehensive and consistent with TNC’s fundraising approach, in addition to training and coaching the external consultants in their use.
