Contract Administration Senior Representative (Administrative Assistant Senior Representative) – Accredo Job Summary As a Contract Administration Senior Representative, you will play a meaningful role in keeping our operations running smoothly by ensuring contracts, credentials, and documentation is accurate, compliant, and well-coordinated. Responsibilities • Own the end-to-end administration of home health agency contracts, including submission, tracking, execution, and issue resolution. • Ensure contract and credentialing documentation is accurate, complete, and audit-ready, including URAC documentation and annual Federal Exclusion reviews. • Maintain agency data, IDs, compliance requirements, and reporting to support business and regulatory needs. • Strengthen onboarding and documentation workflows by coordinating communication, records, and required materials across teams. • Serve as a professional and responsive point of contact for internal and external partners, building trust through timely and clear communication. • Support leaders and cross-functional teams by managing information flow, escalating non-routine issues appropriately, and helping resolve barriers. • Maintain SharePoint sites and archived records to ensure information is easy to access, well-organized, and compliant with standards. • Handle confidential and sensitive information with care, integrity, and discretion. Qualifications: Required Qualifications • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Minimum of 3 years of administrative/clerical or operational support experience. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and DocuSign. • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately. • Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to data and document accuracy. • Clear written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to follow established procedures while recognizing when escalation is needed. • Professional presence with a customer-focused mindset. Preferred Qualifications • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree. • Experience supporting leaders or cross-functional teams. • Experience using SharePoint for document management and collaboration. • Familiarity with credentialing, contract, compliance documentation, or regulated environments. • Experience managing records, reports, or audit-related documentation. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 26 - 39 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
