Senior Manager, Stock Plan Administration
Docusign
• Oversee all aspects of Docusign’s global equity plans and programs across the award lifecycle, including RSUs, PSUs and ESPP • Lead and develop Docusign’s stock plan administration team and processes to deliver excellence over the long term • Build and enhance the tools, technology, integrations, automations and other processes that enable equity compensation at scale for a publicly traded company, including support for audit, IRS, SOX, SEC and other compliance requirements • Serve as Docusign’s senior equity expert, advising Legal, HR, Finance and other teams as needed • Support Docusign’s global growth, working with internal partners and external experts to deliver efficient, compliant equity compensation and employee education inside and outside the U.S. • Work with Corporate Legal, Accounting and other teams to support external disclosures, including Section 16 filings and equity information in Docusign’s 10-Q/K, proxy and other SEC reports • Ensure accurate equity systems and records, including ownership of Equity Edge platform • Meet month-, quarter- and year-end reporting and reconciliation requirements timely and accurately • Coordinate with Payroll, Tax and other teams to ensure accurate and timely tax withholding and reporting • Oversee annual reporting forms and year-end tax statements required by global tax authorities • Deliver best-in-class participant self-service and support options for employee participants in RSU, ESPP and other programs • Design, deliver and evolve employee-facing education and enablement programs, including localized options outside the U.S. • Assist in review, operation and tracking for 10b5-1 plans
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- 8+ years in stock plan administration, including experience at a global public company and managing teams and projects
- Experience with scaled global equity plans (RSUs and ESPP) and managing equity administration systems
- Experience supporting SEC reporting, SOX, and other audit and compliance requirements in the U.S. and globally
- Ability to work independently, take initiative and effectively deal with high-volume, multiple assignments, concurrent deadlines, and changing priorities
- Experience with Section 16 reporting on Forms 3, 4 and 5.

Role 1: Guide The guide will conduct daily game drives and guided bush walks, ensuring high standards of guest safety, interpretation, and engagement.
