• Serve as client's trusted advisor, demonstrates knowledge of industry trends, identify client issues and conflicts; proactively communicate solution options to client and team • Manage staff on engagement deliverables (such as financial statements, tax returns, work papers, etc.); complete technical and strategic reviews as a member of the final engagement review team to ensure quality control standards are met; ensure on time delivery and on budget • Demonstrate proficient technical skills for handling all client responsibilities, including knowledge of trends, industries, alternatives, etc. • Understand the client's organization, procedures and internal policies • Responsible for new client development in partnership with upper management; participate in client meetings, presentations and proposal development and meet individual cross serve • Manage and retain multiple client relationships, engagements and special projects • Develop overall engagement budget • Consistently meet charge hour goals • Responsible for billing and realization on assigned clients; explain variances • Supervise, train and mentor staff; listen and communicate effectively • Foster a team environment; demonstrates support of management and decisions and build a positive culture • Participate in practice development activities that lead to the generation of new business and the opportunities for cross-serves • Additional responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Must have and preserve required licenses
  • Ability to manage all aspects of client engagements
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally

Role Description The Pre-Foreclosure Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day activities of a team of Pre-Foreclosure Analysts. The Supervisor provides development, direction, and guidance to all team members to accomplish department objectives. The Supervisor is responsible for establishing and enforcing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company, investor, federal and state regulatory guidelines and servicing guidelines established by the CFPB governing loans in Foreclosure. - Supervises daily operations of Pre-Foreclosure Associates, ensuring compliance with department policies and procedures, applicable government and investor guidelines. - Ensures that borrower inquiries, disputes, and complaints are handled within specified timelines and CFPB guidelines. - Coordinates work activities to achieve the volume expected to meet operational requirements. - Provides support to the team for questions and training. - Ensures staff are knowledgeable of Pre-Foreclosure requirements. - Monitors to ensure Foreclosure first legal dates are met and Foreclosure bid amounts are correct. - Works with senior management to ensure all compliance standards are met. - Works with employees to define goals and meets monthly to discuss progress. - Performs employee reviews. - Develops, reviews, maintains, and improves Pre-Foreclosure workflow management. - Completes status reporting to senior management. - Works with senior management to identify, define, and implement process changes. - Assures all Foreclosure Pre-Foreclosure SLA’s are met. - Updates and maintains policies and procedures. - Performs oversight of all Pre-Foreclosure vendors. - Responsible for the alignment, supervision, hiring, mentoring, and coaching of the Pre-Foreclosure staff. - Completes audit requests from internal auditors, QA, or QC personnel. - Fully complies with all applicable mortgage industry laws, rules, regulations, and investor requirements and CFPB Servicing Guidelines. Qualifications - Must work well under pressure, meeting multiple and sometimes conflicting deadlines. - Must have demonstrated ability to collaborate and work well with others. - Must have demonstrated ability to achieve goals. - Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills. - Has knowledge of commonly used terminology, concepts, and practices and procedures within the mortgage industry. - Knowledge of MSP, with at least (2) years recent experience working with MSP. - Good business writing and math skills. - Analytical and organized. - Strong PC skills. Must be proficient in MS Windows, MS Outlook, and MS Office Suite. MS VISIO and MS SharePoint experience a plus. - Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. Requirements - The ideal candidate should have (4+) years' experience in Default and/or Foreclosure. - Minimum (2) years of supervisory experience. - History of reliable attendance. - Ability to work a schedule that includes some weekends. - Must be able to pass background investigation. - Bachelor's Degree or combination of education and experience that provides the necessary skills and knowledge to perform the essential job functions.
