Role Description We are a growing property management company seeking an entry-level Systems Migration & Support Specialist to support our RealPage, Entrata and/or Yardi property management systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for: - Responding to support tickets and resolving system issues in a timely manner - Assisting with property management system migration during property onboarding - Distributing and supporting the ongoing use of property management systems - Collaborating with team members to improve processes and optimize system functionality - Maintaining system documentation and training materials - Delivering systems training - Identifying and escalating system issues to the appropriate team members - Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related field - Familiarity with property management systems such as RealPage, Entrata and/or Yardi is preferred - Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Process optimization focus - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Requirements This job description should not be considered all-inclusive.
