We are seeking an experienced Webflow Developer to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. In this role, you will build and maintain client-facing law firm websites using Webflow, working closely with our design and strategy teams to deliver polished, high-quality digital experiences. You’ll be trusted to work independently, bring best practices to the table, and take ownership of your builds from kickoff through launch. Key Responsibilities - Design and develop full-stack Webflow websites for law firm clients, from initial build through launch. - Translate design mockups and wireframes into pixel-perfect, fully responsive Webflow implementations. - Configure and manage CMS collections, dynamic content structures, and client-editable components. - Collaborate with internal design and strategy teams to ensure sites align with client goals and brand standards. - Conduct QA testing across devices and browsers prior to all launches. - Maintain, update, and optimize existing client websites as needed. - Advise on Webflow architecture, SEO best practices, and site performance improvements.

• The eLearning Designer/Developer participates in all functions of technology applications development life cycle utilizing TNC’s basic project management discipline • Responsible for designing, developing, and delivering materials and learning tools (e.g. traditional courses, online courseware, performance support, and documentation) • Provide administrative support for the learning management system (LMS) and users, including creating and maintaining LMS content • Apply sound Instructional Design Principles and deliver quality products based on internal processes and tools • Collaborate daily with information technology and desktop automation tools, including Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Teams • Conduct learning needs analysis, provide technical writing and develop online training using development tools and technologies

Our Team DIY Design Relevance is responsible for helping Vista’s customers find relevant and useful designs that match their business needs and that can be used to complete their objectives in marketing their business. As part of this, we maintain the primary design search service in Vista, maintain and extend backend processes to help map designs to products, work with content strategists to help add data to make designs discoverable, and improve the relevancy of designs returned by search. What You Will Do As a Senior Software Engineer on the Design Relevance team, you’ll be expected to collaborate with a hardworking engineering team in crafting highly available, scalable software.
