• Learn and use internal systems as required (ServiceNow PPM, AS9, SailPoint) • Collaborate with stakeholders to document project scope, deliverables, goals, risks, blockers, success measures, and estimated resources needed • Create and maintain Stakeholder Register and Analysis Document • Ensure stakeholder review and buy-in of intermediate and final project deliverables • Create Project Plan using Microsoft Project (P6 acceptable) that includes tasks, duration, predecessors and successors, and resources • Monitor activities daily related to the project, including subcontractor monitoring • Create, manage, and distribute project artifacts like charters, schedules, status, and risks • Plan and lead status review meetings, which may include internal team members, vendors, and businesses • Create Organization Change Management plan and execute it • Communicate routinely to management, businesses, project team members, and other stakeholders, actively soliciting and addressing project team feedback • Establish key project metrics • Manage Risk register and mitigations • Coordinate and drive resolutions of technical and operational issues • Ensure change management processes are followed
