About the role The Account Coordinator (Enterprise/B2B) supports the day-to-day operations of a high-expectation, media-led B2B technology account. Working closely with the Account Manager, this role focuses on client services, project coordination, and internal workflow management — ensuring campaigns move efficiently through the agency and deliver against client timelines and objectives. This position is ideal for someone early in their agency career who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how best-in-class B2B accounts are managed. The Account Coordinator plays a critical role in keeping work on track across fast-moving teams and under tight service-level agreements. Key Responsibilities - Support the Account Manager in executing day-to-day account activities across a high-volume B2B paid media programme - Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and workflows across internal teams (paid media, creative, analytics, operations) - Maintain project trackers, status documents, and internal reporting to ensure visibility and accountability - Assist with briefing internal teams to ensure objectives, deliverables, and timelines are clear - Support budget tracking, invoicing processes, and vendor coordination under the direction of account leadership - Prepare client-facing materials, including agendas, meeting notes, status updates, and presentations - Attend internal and client meetings as appropriate; capture notes, actions, and follow-ups - Respond to routine client requests and questions, escalating to senior team members when appropriate - Build and maintain a strong understanding of the client’s business, industry, and marketing objectives Client-First Mindset You are service-oriented and take pride in supporting strong client relationships. Your Opportunity as the Territory Sales Manager, Away from Home Sales (Chicago, IL and Indiana Border) Be responsible for volume, distribution, profitability of our Away from Home (Foodservice) products and for building customer relationships within this specific geographic territory. You will focus efforts against key operators primarily within the Non-Commercial channel and Foodservice distributors within your territory.
