• Deliver timely, high‑quality client service that exceeds expectations. • Lead multiple data‑driven finance transformation engagements, overseeing workstreams such as: Analytics in support of QoE and FP&A during due diligence FP&A modernization BI/reporting implementation Data architecture and systems connectivity Operational analytics and performance dashboards • Build integrated data and reporting environments (e.g., Power BI, system APIs, data cubes) that enhance transparency, accuracy, and timeliness across the organization. • Develop and implement scalable forecasting, budgeting, and KPI frameworks aligned to strategic goals. • Identify and close data and reporting gaps; design processes that ensure accurate and consistent data capture across systems. • Translate complex financial and operational data into clear insights, narratives, and recommendations for executive teams and investors. • Partner with cross‑functional leaders to integrate finance data with operations, sales, and technology to improve end‑to‑end visibility. • Manage client relationships, project economics, and resource planning. • Support business development efforts, including proposal creation, thought leadership, and market presence. • Ensure deliverables meet firm quality standards and are completed on time.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in public accounting, consulting, FP&A, operational finance, analytics, or M&A; experience with PE‑backed or high‑growth companies preferred.
- Demonstrated experience transforming finance functions to be data‑centric and insight‑driven, with strong FP&A and analytical capabilities.
- Hands‑on experience with modern data and analytics technologies (e.g., building dashboards, integrating system APIs, structuring data models, designing KPIs).
- Comfort with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent; interest in leveraging automation, AI, and emerging finance technologies.
- Skills or experience with SQL, Python, or similar programming languages are a plus, especially for advanced analytics, data modeling, and automation.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and executive‑level presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
- CPA is a plus but not required; candidates with analytics‑heavy or FP&A‑centric backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.
