Role Description The role of the Audit Manager is to oversee the audit process from planning to completion for clients as part of the company’s annual audit plan. Tasks will include supervising the audit process, researching, reviewing current processes and providing recommendations to enhance company policies and procedures. Qualifications - A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. - 5+ years of recent audit experience at a public accounting firm. - CPA Certification. - Successful experience in developing new or extended service opportunities with existing and/or prospective clients. - Strong oral and written interpersonal skills. - Effective analytical and problem-solving ability. - Experience in hiring, developing, and leading a team of professional auditors. - Experience in SOX compliance audits for financial institutions.
