• Lead client engagements by translating complex data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and business outcomes • Design, oversee, and execute analytics initiatives involving structured and unstructured data using modern analytical techniques. • Manage projects from requirements gathering through implementation while maintaining scope, budget, timelines, and stakeholder communication • Lead or support deployment of software, automation, and analytics solutions within enterprise environments and modern cloud platforms • Partner with stakeholders across finance, accounting, FP&A, operations, and technology functions to deliver cross-functional solutions • Advise clients on data governance, data quality, security considerations, and sustainable operating models that encourage enterprise adoption • Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-enabled analytics and automation capabilities, that can improve client outcomes • Mentor and develop team members while promoting continuous learning and adoption of emerging technologies • Support recruiting, talent development, and team-building initiatives • Drive business development through relationship building, opportunity identification, and proposal development • Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to technical and non-technical audiences

• Oversee the day-to-day execution of FI-specific valuations, including CECL requirements, Mortgage Servicing Rights (MSR), Core Deposit Intangibles, and FHLB advances. • Serve as a technical specialist for the group’s assurance work, performing detailed reviews of PCAOB FI client valuations to ensure compliance and reasonableness for regulatory scrutiny. • Review third-party valuation reports and provide detailed technical support to audit teams regarding financial assumptions and quantitative modeling. • Spearhead the daily mentorship, training, and workload management of Seniors and Associates within the FI vertical. • Act as a primary point of contact for external bank clients undergoing acquisitions or regulatory reviews, ensuring timely project delivery. • Assist senior leadership with business development initiatives, proposal drafting, and expanding relationships with existing clients. • Other duties as assigned within the scope of the practice.

• Lead buy-side and sell-side transaction services engagements, providing financial due diligence assistance to private equity, mezzanine funds and strategic buyers • Perform quality of earnings, debt and debt-like, and working capital analysis • Understand and evaluate financial and operational trends of target companies • Communicate due diligence findings verbally to clients and in a formal written report • Create and design tailored transaction advisory reports specific to key issues such as normalized earnings, financial reporting, net working capital trends and indebtedness considerations • Ability to lead an engagement and provide real time feedback and guidance to client to ensure timely and efficient product delivery • Leading due diligence meetings with target management • Supervise staff and provide performance feedback • Lead and participate in people development and business development efforts • Willingness to travel (typically around 25-30%)

• Apply tax knowledge to intermediate level flow-through returns and all levels of individual returns • Review basic tax return engagements • Work effectively in analyzing business transactions • Perform complete & efficient reviews of individual and business tax returns while providing guidance to other staff • Gather data from client, A&A department, and third party sources • Perform tax research with view for alternatives to satisfy client’s objectives • Resolve all open items/issues encountered on assigned engagements • Direct and control concurrent assignments to successful completion • Bottom-line management of assigned engagements and individual productivity opportunities • Teach, develop and oversee staff through engagements; delegate assignments and tasks • Provide honest, objective and constructive feedback in timely manner to staff • Collaborate to identify and sell opportunities among existing clients • Serve as a mentor and role model through active participation in firm committees, departmental matters and events

• Assist with buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence for M&A transactions including analyzing historical tax filings, workpapers, and financial statements, and identifying and quantifying tax exposures related to income, sales/use, payroll, property, and unclaimed property. • Prepare call agendas for tax due diligence meetings with target management. • Assist in assessing tax attributes, including NOLs and credits, including any limitations under Section 382/383. • Prepare tax due diligence reports and executive summaries outlining key findings, risks, and structuring considerations in a clear, concise and articulate manner. • Conduct focused tax research on technical issues and transaction-specific fact patterns. • Lead and assist sections of tax due diligence meetings with target management. • Collaborate with other Elliott Davis team members, including FDD and tax subject matter specialists
