Role Description We’re looking for a Campaign Marketing Manager to help power GEP’s global marketing campaigns. This role is for someone who loves turning campaign ideas into reality, figuring out how things run, how they’re measured, and how technology can make them smarter, faster, and more effective. You’ll work alongside Marketing leaders to bring programs to life, owning the operational and technical backbone that ensures campaigns are well-orchestrated, measurable, and continuously improving. This is a hands-on role for a marketer who’s curious by nature, excited to test new tools, and motivated by learning what works through experimentation. This role sits at the intersection of campaign strategy, marketing technology, and performance optimization, helping ensure campaigns are not only executed effectively but are structured to scale, convert, and generate measurable pipeline impact. As GEP evolves toward more AI-enabled and agent-assisted marketing processes, this role will support the operational adoption of emerging tools while maintaining strong execution fundamentals. What you will do - Execute and optimize integrated marketing campaigns, focusing on automation, tracking, and performance visibility. - Partner closely with campaign strategy and ABM leads to translate campaign ideas into operational reality. - Own the technical execution behind campaigns, managing automation and monitoring lead and response movement. - Ensure campaign workflows align with lifecycle stages, lead routing logic, and reporting structures. - Partner with Marketing Operations to improve automation logic, data structure, and process scalability. - Drive experimentation and innovation by testing new campaign tools, platforms, and formats. - Support the operational use of AI-enabled and automation tools to improve campaign speed and efficiency. - Analyze campaign performance and share insights that inform optimization and future program design. - Identify bottlenecks in the lead-to-opportunity journey and recommend improvements. - Capture learnings, refine processes, and help build repeatable, scalable ways of executing campaigns. Qualifications - Comfort navigating marketing platforms and tools, with a strong understanding of automation and tracking. - Understanding of marketing lifecycle stages and lead management processes. - A naturally curious, adaptable mindset, with experience experimenting across channels and platforms. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative working style. - Experience working with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot). - Experience improving processes or systems, including documenting workflows. - A growth-oriented outlook, energized by continuous learning. - Interest in AI-enabled marketing and emerging automation approaches. Requirements - Salary Range: $120,000 – $140,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. - Eligible for a performance-based bonus tied to individual and company performance. Benefits - Comprehensive health coverage (medical, dental, and vision). - 401(k) plan with a 3% company match. - Paid time off and company holidays. - Professional development opportunities.

Thanks for stopping by! We’re Linkflow (linkflow.ai), a fully remote SEO agency for SaaS and tech clients, and we’re looking for a PART-TIME Digital Growth superstar to help us close the right deals and grow revenue. If you enjoy sharp discovery calls, clear qualification, and turning “this could be interesting” into a decisive next step (without sounding like a walking sales script), we should talk. This role does not deliver SEO work. Your job is to run a clean sales process: discovery, qualification, clear recommendations, strong follow-up, and a smooth handoff when we win. Think “trusted first conversation,” not “randomly pitching strangers on the internet.” (We’re not asking you to cold call. Your phone can stay on friendly terms with you.) If you love clean pipelines, clear ownership, and “here’s what we’re doing and by when” energy, you’ll fit right in. If your preferred workflow is “let’s circle back next quarter,” or “just checking in” (every nine days forever), then this may not be your speed. This is a long-term, part-time 1099 contractor role (typically 10-15 hours/week) with potential to become full time down the road, assuming you’re into things like results and mutual success. What you’ll do Your #1 goal: help us close clients and grow revenue. You’ll represent Linkflow professionally, ask strong discovery questions, determine fit, and drive opportunities to a clear outcome (close or disqualify). That means: - Lead intro and discovery calls; qualify prospects on goals, budget, timeline, and decision process - Explain our services clearly (SEO, GEO, content strategy, CRO, analytics, consulting) - Disqualify opportunities that aren’t a fit - Recommend scope based on discovery; coordinate proposals/SOWs internally - Manage follow-up to keep deals moving to a clear outcome - Close new accounts and ensure a complete handoff (notes, scope, expectations, timeline) - Maintain CRM hygiene and provide a weekly pipeline update - Share market feedback (objections, competitor mentions, pricing expectations) and suggest process improvements Hiring Process We’re receiving a high volume of applications, including automated submissions. To keep the process fair and efficient, we will use a short screening step. Please follow the instructions in the application. Our process typically includes: - A few initial questions - A brief outreach step (details provided to candidates moving on to the next round) - 1-2 Zoom calls with our team
