Role Description What you will do: - Create and own responses to Request for Proposal (RFPs), Request for Information (RFI), POCs, SoWs, or Work Orders while working on assigned accounts. - Work with respective Onsite/Regional Sales Team members in a highly collaborative fashion to be their extended arm for any ongoing Sales Engagements/Discussions. - Exhibit strong technical and functional expertise during the entire sales process. - Manage accounts where 40-70% of your time would include travel to existing/potential client sites. - Showcase deep understanding of our platform from an implementation & integration perspective. - Conduct Platform Demonstrations, IT/Platform Workshops, and related trainings during the entire Sales Cycle. - Knowledge Management, Pipeline Tracking/Updates & Continuous Process Improvement would be one of the primary activities/expectations. - Work in collaboration with PMG (Product Marketing Group) to create case studies, marketing collateral (White Papers, Research Reports etc), and represent GEP in various industry events & conferences. - Demonstrate ability to understand & articulate client environment, challenges & requirements to provide solution/proposal to address client needs. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. - 5+ years’ experience in solution architecture, sales engineering, or pre-sales roles within procurement, supply chain, or SaaS environments. - Strong grasp of procurement processes and platforms (e.g., Coupa, SAP Ariba, Ivalua, Oracle, etc.). - Proven experience conducting software demos and workshops using storytelling to engage audiences and illustrate value. - Ability to translate customer pain points into tailored solution narratives and demo storylines. - Analytical mindset with an aptitude for mapping business needs to technical solutions. - Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills. - Familiarity with integration concepts (APIs, data mapping, cloud platforms) is preferred. - Fluent in English; additional Swedish is a must. Role Description We’re looking for a Campaign Marketing Manager to help power GEP’s global marketing campaigns. This role is for someone who loves turning campaign ideas into reality, figuring out how things run, how they’re measured, and how technology can make them smarter, faster, and more effective. You’ll work alongside Marketing leaders to bring programs to life, owning the operational and technical backbone that ensures campaigns are well-orchestrated, measurable, and continuously improving. This is a hands-on role for a marketer who’s curious by nature, excited to test new tools, and motivated by learning what works through experimentation. This role sits at the intersection of campaign strategy, marketing technology, and performance optimization, helping ensure campaigns are not only executed effectively but are structured to scale, convert, and generate measurable pipeline impact. As GEP evolves toward more AI-enabled and agent-assisted marketing processes, this role will support the operational adoption of emerging tools while maintaining strong execution fundamentals. What you will do - Execute and optimize integrated marketing campaigns, focusing on automation, tracking, and performance visibility. - Partner closely with campaign strategy and ABM leads to translate campaign ideas into operational reality. - Own the technical execution behind campaigns, managing automation and monitoring lead and response movement. - Ensure campaign workflows align with lifecycle stages, lead routing logic, and reporting structures. - Partner with Marketing Operations to improve automation logic, data structure, and process scalability. - Drive experimentation and innovation by testing new campaign tools, platforms, and formats. - Support the operational use of AI-enabled and automation tools to improve campaign speed and efficiency. - Analyze campaign performance and share insights that inform optimization and future program design. - Identify bottlenecks in the lead-to-opportunity journey and recommend improvements. - Capture learnings, refine processes, and help build repeatable, scalable ways of executing campaigns.
