Senior Project Management Resource Manager

IMI

• Lead a team of Project Managers to ensure client vision is realized and processes are followed. • Provide ongoing training, guidance, and mentorship to Project Managers. • Strategically plan and document processes for adherence. • Assist Project Managers in preparation for monthly financial reviews. • Collaborate with leaders to allocate Project Managers to projects while understanding resource constraints. • Assist with HR hiring processes, including interviewing and onboarding. • Monitor employee utilization, workload, and overtime hours. • Conduct annual and mid-year performance reviews for the Project Management team. • Establish growth or performance improvement plans with the team. • Review and approve administrative tasks of Project Managers (timesheets, PTO, expenses). • Participate in setting and executing the vision, mission, and goals for the department. • Analyze project survey feedback to lead improvements. • Encourage the growth and development of the Project Manager team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field – a PMP is a plus!
  • 4-7 years of Project Management experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Efficient time management and organization.
  • Proficient in MS Office environment (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, Calendar).
  • Ability to navigate Project Management software.
  • Budget planning and management skills.
  • Adaptability to work changes and new structures.
